This online store is maintained, operated & fulfilled under exclusive license by UNCSA to Camel City Goods Co. Camel City Goods is an apparel company based in Winston-Salem, NC. All of the products are designed in-house by Airtype. The University receives a portion of all sales of licensed merchandise.

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to offer boutique quality threads and accessories for alumni, staff and students of UNCSA. The majority of our clothing is manufactured in the US or with domestic materials, and screen-printed locally using vintage soft inks.

UNCSA LOGO: Created by Airtype and inspired by Didone or modern style typography, the mark's aesthetic carries an air of refinement consistent with UNCSA's heritage, while exhibiting the forward-thinking attitude of the conservatory's faculty and students.

Shipping + Handling

All orders are prepared and packed within two business days of payment. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail. Estimated (domestic) delivery time is 3–5 days. At this time we only ship within the US/Canada. Express/Overnight shipping is not currently available. Please note: Priority mail delivery timing estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. That said, we are happy to assist in locating the package if it does not arrive in a timely fashion.

Local Pickup (Camel City Goods)

Free local pickup is no longer available through the website, but if you are a UNCSA student or are local to Winston-Salem, NC and would like to pick up your order without shipping costs, stop by the Camel City Goods shop or call 336-422-7050 to place a phone order.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 30 days of order date for a refund, provided they are returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags.

If a full refund is requested, we will promptly refund the purchase price upon receipt of the returned item(s). There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.

Exchanges

If you would like to simply exchange your item, contact us (uncsa@airtype.com) to arrange a return of your original order. Once we receive your return package, we will notify you and ship your replacement item(s) out directly.

Non-wearable items are non-returnable.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. PayPal and Shop Pay are now also accepted as payment types. Only NC residents are charged sales tax unless otherwise noted. 

Security

The security of your personal information is critical to us. When you enter sensitive information, such as credit card numbers on our order form, we encrypt the transmission of that information using bank-level 256-bit SSL certificate protection.
