UNCSA LOGO: Created by Airtype and inspired by Didone or modern style typography, the mark's aesthetic carries an air of refinement consistent with UNCSA's heritage, while exhibiting the forward-thinking attitude of the conservatory's faculty and students.
Orders are packed & shipped every Friday excluding holidays.
Items are shipped via USPS. Estimated (domestic) delivery time is 3–5 days. At this time we only ship within the US. Express/Overnight shipping is not available. Please note: Mail delivery timing estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. That said, we are happy to assist in locating the package if it does not arrive in a timely fashion.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 30 days of order date for a refund, provided they are returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags.
If a full refund is requested, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the returned item(s). There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.
Sale/Clearance items and accessories are non-returnable.

If you would like to simply exchange your item, contact us (uncsa@airtype.com) to arrange a return of your original order. Once we receive your return package, we will notify you and ship your replacement item(s) out directly.
Non-wearable items are non-returnable.
