This online store is maintained, operated & fulfilled under exclusive license by UNCSA to Camel City Goods Co. Camel City Goods is a clothing company based in Winston-Salem, NC. All of the products are designed in-house by Airtype.
We are thrilled to have the opportunity to offer boutique quality threads and accessories for alumni, staff and students of UNCSA. We strive to keep as much production as possible in the USA. The majority of our clothing is manufactured by American Apparel in Los Angeles, and screen-printed using vintage soft ink in Cleveland, OH.
UNCSA LOGO: Created by Airtype and inspired by Didone or modern style typography, the mark's aesthetic carries an air of refinement consistent with UNCSA's heritage, while exhibiting the forward-thinking attitude of the conservatory's faculty and students.
All orders are prepared and packed within one business day of payment. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Items are shipped via USPS 'Priority' mail. Estimated (domestic) delivery time is 3–5 days. At this time we only ship within the US/Canada. Expedited/overnight shipping is not available.
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
If you are local to Winston-Salem, NC and would like to pick up the order, please select "Pickup (Camel City Goods)" as your shipping option. When your order is ready we will send you a "Ready for Pickup" email notification. Please do not stop by to pick up your order before you have received the email notification. Orders are prepared at our warehouse, then brought to our store for pickup.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 14 days of receipt for a refund, less the shipping charges provided they are returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
If a full refund is requested, we will promptly refund the purchase price, less shipping and any applicable credit card fees. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed (3–5 busines days). Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to simply exchange your item, please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Then, contact us (email@example.com) to return your original order. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a notification.
At this time, orders can not be refunded or exchanged inside our retail stores.
Sale/Clearance, and non-wearable items are non-returnable.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. Only NC residents are charged sales tax.
